I come, to sing to you

I have found no
cure for those who suffer.
Or those who live
with apathy and
freezing weather.
But I have tried.
And I still see,
ten thousand sparrows –
dancing with ten
thousand magpies.
A mere shifting
of my dear self.
In the afterglow
of sweated bones –
from an act of love.
