Hi Deon…yes why? Anger arises due to how we interpret and react to certain situations….and the triggers…that sets this off…which is a little more complicated. I live in China…and my perspectives on ‘anger’ has changed during my time here.
Yeah definitely. I do feel that it’s something we can learn to tame. And have less frequent freakouts. Like learning to manage our relationships with the triggers.
“why do people become angry?” is something I frequently ask myself, especially when I’m the one that’s becoming angry.
And the answer always seems to evolve and become more.
Since I’ve been living in Thailand, my relationship with anger and my other emotions have changed.
But, I still sometimes do flare up. Which begs the question, “why do people get angry?”
